The technician/service manager stated the job entailed lots of drywall cutting flat room and lack of attic work space. He explained what's involved with the line drops, where they would have to go, whether tile would have to be interrupted, that drywall repair is not included, that Aquapex would be used, tied down every 36 inches and so forth.
