The technician/service manager stated the job entailed lots of drywall cutting flat room and lack of attic work space. He explained what's involved with the line drops, where they would have to go, whether tile would have to be interrupted, that drywall repair is not included, that Aquapex would be used, tied down every 36 inches and so forth. "I just wanted to pass on info about a great plumber. Our hot water heater went out after only three years. We called Gilbert Plumbing Co because we saw them on the internet and they have a large presence w/ installation of solar hot water heaters (we planned on installing solar if we needed to replace the heater). They came out and let us know our original heater was under warranty. They arranged everything to replace it w/ no charge except installation fee. Originally it looked like we were going to have to wait a week for a replacement heater to be shipped (ours is an unusual size). We were so disappointed as we were FREEZING taking showers and couldn't really run the dishwasher. In an act of great customer service, Gilbert Plumbing arranged to have a heater sent from Prescott Valley and we got it installed in two days! Everyone I worked with at the company was amazingly professional and prompt. We've had our issues w/ plumbers before, so I am glad to finally have one I'll always call for any further needs and one I feel very comfortable recommending."
